I am executive coach and consultant. I coach lawyers and other professionals to be empowered and fulfilled in their careers. I lead workshops on various professional development topics. I am also available for consulting projects such as building and improving performance management and staffing systems, focus groups, "keep" interviews and alumni engagement.

Through my roles as a corporate lawyer and professional development leader, I gained experience guiding clients and attorneys through critical stages of the development of their businesses and careers which informs my approach with coaching clients, workshop participants and consulting clients.
