Jon Krop | Mindfulness for Lawyers
I help legal professionals (attorneys, staff, and summers) manage stress, cultivate well-being, and boost performance.
I've led mindfulness and well-being programs at Harvard, Stanford, Yale, the Pentagon, 60+ law firms, Fortune 100 companies, public defenders' offices, state courts, and many other organizations.

MY BACKGROUND
On the law side:
I graduated from Harvard Law School, clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, then worked as a litigator at firms in Los Angeles and New York.
On the mindfulness side:
I've practiced mindfulness since 2006 and studied with teachers from around the world, including psychologists, neuroscientists, and traditional Buddhist masters. In 2014, I completed a seven-month silent meditation retreat.
