I provide executive and career coaching services to attorneys and other professionals.
Active in the California legal community for over 20 years, I have successfully advised attorneys on a range of topics including leadership, communication style, managerial skills, ADHD, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, utilizing mentorship and sponsorship opportunities, and business development.

Prior to my coaching work, I was a litigator with McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and practiced at several recognized regional law firms in Southern California. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, I am admitted to the State Bar of California. I completed my coach training with the Co-active Training Institute, (CTI), the oldest and largest coach training program in the world and am trained to coach neurodiverse attorneys, specializing in those with ADHD.
