Lauren Krasnow | Lauren Krasnow Leadership Coaching
Hello! I’m a Leadership Coach to leaders, rainmakers, and senior business professionals at AmLaw100 firms. I also write a column for The American Lawyer called the Fully Human Lawyer™, which I started in 2021 to promote empathy and empowerment through true stories from coaching. About Coaching:
I *love* coaching. My clients say they value not just my “business chops,” but also my warmth, humor, sensitivity, and, especially, my candor and directness (what one client calls my “zero-tolerance for BS”).
I know coaching is a big investment - of time, money and trust (in me and in the coaching process). I don’t take those investments lightly. I do everything in my power to make my coaching engagements not just cost-effective and time-efficient, but also fun.
Most people I coach reach their goals and then go on to even greater success (however defined by each person), often well beyond what they ever imagined. They become leaders not just in title (although many do end up in senior leadership roles), but in the way they perceive themselves and the way they inspire others.
Please don’t take my word for it! My clients describe how coaching helped them step into their own power as leaders - you can read testimonials on my website from firms and from individual leaders: https://bit.ly/3HggZ9Q.
About Me:
You can find my professional details on my website and on my LinkedIn profile. Highlights include leadership/business education from Wharton, many years of law practice with Chambers-ranked groups, ICF leadership roles, and sales experience as a high-producing legal recruiter.
I remember vividly how I felt when I worked in law firms and other organizations. I’ve analyzed and reflected on what I could have done differently, and on the qualities I noticed in the leaders who inspired me to go the extra mile (or not). Some of those leaders are now my mentors and my advisors on my FHL™ column, for which I’m grateful.
My leadership philosophy comes from those experiences plus other (often humbling!) personal ones. Those include my experiences as mom of two kids (now teenagers) and a puppy, as a spouse, as a neurodiverse person (I have ADHD, as does one of my kids), as a seasoned female lawyer in a majority-male profession, and as a caregiver to my parents and role models.
My hard-won understanding that we are all, universally, fully human is what guides my coaching - and your leadership journey.
